You can discover everything about the craft of distilling at the Clos du Fourschenhaff distillery in Eschweiler.

• How is brandy distilled?
• Fruit brandies, herbal brandies (gin, absinthe, etc.), fruit brandies (spelt, rye)

Margot and Pit will show you round their distillery and try to answer all your questions.

You are welcome to sample a selection of organic spirits.

The distillery is located on a farm that has been classified as a ‘national monument’.
