The organic butcher’s shop of Traiteur Niessen in Belair will open its doors to the public on thursday, September 25th.
A short guided visit of about 30 minutes through the workshop is planned, including a demonstration of how Riesling pâté and other meat products are made. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and, of course, taste a variety of products.
This open day is free and open to everyone. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to register in advance via email at luc@niessen.lu.
