Cooking Crêpes with Minister Serge Wilmes

The Biovereenegung is cooperating with the Ministry of the Environment and the foundation natur&ëmwelt to make crêpes over an open fire together with children and the Minister of the Environment, Serge Wilmes, using Bio LËTZEBUERG products.

This activity will be accompanied by three additional workshops, where children can knead the dough themselves, cut apples, and grind wheat. They will also be introduced to the 2000 m² project of IBLA and learn more about organic farming in Luxembourg in general.
