Sauerkraut for your baby? Absolutely!
The first foods your child tries are more than just food. They lay the foundation for their development, health, and immune system. That’s why it’s so important to focus on nutrient-rich, natural, and high-quality foods from the very beginning.
In the workshop ‘BIO vu klengem un,’ Maxi Pesch from 1000Deeg shows how easy it is to make nutrient-packed snacks for babies and toddlers using organic ingredients. Four recipes will be prepared and tasted live:
• Egg omelet with sour cream — choline, cholesterol, vitamin A, vitamin K2
• Sauerkraut — probiotics, vitamin C, digestive support
• Homemade liver pâté — iron, vitamin A, B12, folate
• Vegetable sticks with ghee and seeds — healthy fats, zinc, vitamin E
It also explains which nutrients are in each ingredient and why they are so important for your child’s development. At the end, you’ll learn the principle of a balanced meal: protein + fat + carbohydrates (fruit and vegetables) + ferment.
A practical guide for every day.
